Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the item. Most of our homeware — beds, cat trees and furniture — is dispatched from the UK and usually arrives within a few working days. A few specialist items are sent from our overseas partners and take a little longer. Either way, the delivery estimate for every item is shown at checkout before you pay. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — standard UK mainland delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. A faster express option is available at checkout.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We currently only ship to UK mainland addresses. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and overseas orders are not available at the moment.

Returns & refunds

How do I return an item?

Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send return instructions. Once we receive the item back, we'll refund you within 3–5 working days. See our refund policy for full details.

What if the item arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. No need to return the damaged item.

Product questions

How do I choose the right bed size?

Measure your pet from nose to base of tail when lying down, then add 10 cm. Each bed listing has a sizing chart in the description — when in doubt, go up a size.

Are your products safe for my pet?

We select products made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials, and we list the manufacturer's care and safety information (washable covers, choking-hazard warnings, age suitability) on each product page. If you're unsure whether something suits your pet, email us before you buy.

The calming bed — does it actually work for anxiety?

The raised cuddle rim creates a feeling of being held, which calms many anxious or rescue pets. It's not a magic cure for severe anxiety, but most owners report visibly more relaxed sleep within a week. If your pet has serious anxiety, please also speak to your vet.

I haven't received an order confirmation

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll look it up.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us immediately. Once it's dispatched we can't intercept it, but you can return it once it arrives.
