Welcome to PawBuddy UK. By browsing or buying from this store, you agree to the terms below. We've tried to keep them plain-English and fair — if anything is unclear, please email us at hello@pawbuddyuk.co.uk.

1. About us

PawBuddy UK is a sole-trader online store based in Stevenage, United Kingdom. We sell pet supplies to mainland UK addresses, fulfilled by our suppliers in the UK and overseas.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm you are legally allowed to enter into a binding contract with us.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before dispatching your order.
An order is accepted once we send a dispatch confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion (and refund you in full).
Stock is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If an item is out of stock after you order, we'll email you and either offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept all major UK debit and credit cards via Shopify Payments, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is taken at checkout, before dispatch.

5. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are best-effort and not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are protected. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel an order for any reason, plus our voluntary 30-day return window. See our Refund Policy for the full process.

7. Product Information

We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours, sizes and dimensions may vary slightly from the listing. If a product arrives materially different from how it was described, we'll refund or replace it.

8. Pet Safety Disclaimer

Our products are pet supplies — not medical devices. Always supervise your pet when using new toys, beds, carriers or grooming tools. If your pet has any health condition, please consult a vet before changing their diet, exercise routine or environment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — product photos (where original), copy, logos, the PawBuddy name — is the property of PawBuddy UK or our suppliers. Please don't copy or republish without permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. For all other claims, our maximum liability is limited to the price you paid for the affected order.

11. Disputes

We hope you'll always come to us first — most issues can be sorted with a quick email. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any unresolved dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will show when. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
