Shipping policy

At PawBuddy UK we want you to know exactly what to expect when you order. Here are the details.

🚚 Dispatch & processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking.

📦 Delivery times

Our range is sourced from suppliers in the UK and overseas, so delivery time depends on the item:

  • UK-stocked items (most beds, cat trees and furniture) — typically 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Items shipped from our overseas partners — typically 7–15 working days after dispatch.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. If your order is running behind, email us and we'll chase it for you.

💷 Delivery cost

Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We deliver to mainland UK addresses (England, Scotland and Wales). Highland & Island deliveries may take 1–2 additional working days.

🔍 Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.

📬 Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, please email us at hello@pawbuddyuk.co.uk with your order number and a photo (if relevant). We'll resend the item or refund you in full.

🌍 International orders

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding to Ireland and the EU — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
