RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN
Simply email us at hello@pawbuddyuk.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- A photo of the item

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, email us immediately with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

WRONG ITEM
If you received the wrong item, we will send the correct one at no extra cost.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING
We offer free return shipping on all UK orders.

EXCEPTIONS
- Items damaged through misuse
- Items returned after 30 days
